Job summary

PT. Metrodata Electronics Tbk. seeks an experienced sales leader in Jakarta to drive revenue across enterprise software, ERP, and SAP solutions. You will guide a sales team, build strong client relationships, and close complex deals with a focus on SAP offerings.

You will collaborate with pre-sales, consulting, and delivery teams to craft customer solutions, address business challenges, and ensure satisfaction during project delivery, contributing to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS or related field.
• 5–7 years in enterprise software, ERP, or IT solution sales.
• Strong knowledge of SAP portfolio and solutions.
• Ability to position SAP to address business transformation needs.
• Good knowledge of SAP licensing, cloud subscriptions, and services is a plus.
• Established relationships with SAP Indonesia or similar teams is advantageous.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team for peak performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, consulting, delivery, and technical teams.
• Conduct business reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities to refine sales strategy.
• Prepare forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for management.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
