Job summary

PT EXA Telekomunikasi Nusantara is hiring an Account Manager responsible for acquiring new customers across corporate, enterprise, and government sectors, and guiding the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

You will prepare proposals, quotes, and negotiate deals while managing existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and coordinating service implementation to meet revenue targets. This role requires a proactive, networked salesperson with industry engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, all majors accepted (Management, IT, Marketing, Business, Communications)
• 1 year as Account Manager in an ISP preferred
• Active in telecom associations
• Experience selling Dedicated Internet / Metro Ethernet is a plus
• Strong corporate selling, negotiation & closing, and relationship management skills
• Communicative and target-oriented with strong networking
• Valid driving license (SIM A)

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers in Corporate, Enterprise & Government segments
• Manage sales process from prospecting to closing
• Prepare proposals and quotations
• Manage existing customers and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Coordinate with related teams for service implementation
