Job summary

Decathlon Indonesia seeks an E-commerce Dispatch Planner to guarantee local business performance by ensuring the right stock is available at the right place and time for both digital and retail channels. You will lead replenishment and stock strategies across B2C Fulfillment locations, coordinating with commercial and logistics teams.

• Bachelor’s degree required, engineering background preferred.
• 2+ years in supply chain, e-commerce ops, retail, or logistics leadership.
• Strong affinity with data and supply systems (SAP/SAC/Tableau/AFO/forecasting tools).
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in English and passionate about sport.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive local availability tactics across Ecommerce and retail channels.
• Forecast local demand and adjust weekly with country leadership and zone teams.
• Optimize replenishment and stock across fulfillment locations and product families.
• Manage exceptions, shortages, and escalations during peak periods and events.
