Intrepid Asia is a leading Ecommerce and Digital Solutions Provider in South East Asia. We are seeking an Operations Executive in Indonesia to monitor order flow from Seller Center to customer doorstep and provide daily insights to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• University degree in any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Fulfillment, Supply chain or related fields.
• Good attention to details and ability to analyze data.
• Thrive in a fast-paced start-up and Ecommerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily and monthly operational related data reports, analyze quantitative data, and work with related teams to identify and solve problems.
• Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of the retail inventory management, monitor ordering issues, and other key aspects of ecommerce operations.
• Develop and implement data visualization/dashboard, data analytics and other strategies to generate actionable insights.
• Support teams in defining business processes, developing operational roadmaps, and associated system requirements.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure successful execution of fulfillment, orders and processes to accommodate client needs and requests.
• Respond to troubleshoot, and resolve daily receiving, fulfillment, and delivery issues, piecing together the end-to-end story to identify root causes and see cases through to resolution.
• Perform other relevant duties according to the business needs.
• Support processes to ensure all aspects of the ecommerce operations run smoothly.
