Job summary

MINISO Indonesia is seeking an Inventory Planner to manage stock levels, forecast demand per SKU, and execute replenishment plans based on historical data, seasonality, and promotional trends.

You will develop allocation plans across channels and warehouses, analyze turnover and aging stock, and collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Warehouse, and Marketplace Operations to align stock strategies with commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as Inventory Planner, Demand Planner, or Merchandiser in e-commerce or retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables) and MS Office; familiarity with ERP, WMS, or OMS systems preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, numerical sensitivity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills; able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Control stock levels and forecast sales per SKU to support replenishment plans.
• Develop inventory allocation plans across channels and warehouses to maximize product availability and minimize stockouts.
• Analyze sales performance, days of inventory, sell-through, and aging stock to optimize turnover.
• Conduct inventory data analysis with dashboards and reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Lead inventory readiness and safety stock planning for major e-commerce campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Warehouse, and Marketplace Operations to align stock strategies with commercial goals.
