MAPCLUB is seeking a Business Data Analyst to analyze business and customer data across sales, loyalty, and campaigns, developing Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years in data analytics or BI, with experience in retail or consumer-focused industries preferred. You will translate insights into actionable recommendations for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Business Analysis, Customer Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, loyalty, consumer business, FMCG, or other data-driven industries preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and non-technical business users.
• Good communication and presentation skills with ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business data across sales, customer, loyalty, campaign, and retail performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain business reports and Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Conduct customer and retail analytics including segmentation, purchasing behavior, engagement, and loyalty analysis.
• Analyze campaign and business performance against targets, historical results, and benchmarks to identify improvements.
• Prepare, consolidate, and validate data from various sources ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Translate data findings into clear business insights and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
• Support analytics and BI projects, ad-hoc analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
