Grab is seeking a Data Intelligence Specialist to analyze data, drive strategic initiatives, and optimize sales processes. You will build dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to inform key business decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate data into effective strategies.
This on-site, full-time role reports to the Manager and requires a Bachelor's in a quantitative field plus 3+ years in data analysis or BI.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 3+ years of data analysis or BI experience.
- Experience in tech or sales operations is an added value.
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).Experience with Python or R is advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights.
Aufgaben
- Data Management & Dashboard Creation: Gather data from multiple sources to build dashboards for churn monitoring and sales performance.
- Insights: Analyze sales trends and market dynamics to inform GTM strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales Leads and Key Account Managers to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Monitor and Reporting: Produce regular reports and provide actionable recommendations.
