MOVA is seeking a Data Analyst to turn data from multiple divisions into actionable insights that boost business operations. You will build dashboards, analyze data with SQL and Python, and translate findings for non-technical teams.
You’ll perform cohort and funnel analyses, track key metrics like active users and conversion, and present clear visuals to drive decisions across the organisation. This role emphasizes data accuracy and impactful storytelling.

Build, maintain, and continuously improve KPI dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly) to monitor business performance.
Extract, process, and analyze data using SQL and Python to support data-driven decision making.
Conduct cohort analysis and funnel analysis to evaluate user behavior, conversion, and retention.
Perform trend analysis, period-over-period comparisons, and data segmentation to uncover growth opportunities.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business and operational teams.
Handle ad-hoc analyses to support various stakeholders across the organization.
Ensure metric consistency, data accuracy, and reliable reporting standards.
Present analysis results through intuitive visualizations and reports that are easy for non-technical audiences to understand.
±2 year of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Reporting Analyst.
Solid understanding of SQL (basic to intermediate) including JOINs, CTEs, aggregations, and date handling.
Familiar with data warehouses such as BigQuery, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with cohort analysis and funnel analysis.
Proficient in Python for data analysis (pandas and basic data manipulation).
Experience using BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, basic analysis).
Good understanding of key business metrics (active users, GMV, conversion rate, retention).
Able to communicate insights clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders.
