The Data Analyst is responsible for translating data into actionable insights that support business decision-making and performance improvement. This role works closely with stakeholders to analyze business data, develop reports and dashboards, identify trends and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations that contribute to business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights that support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for performance monitoring and business evaluation.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis to support business growth and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings.
- Provide analytical support and recommendations to help achieve business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or other related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar analytical roles.
- Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis, such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts, statistical analysis, and data management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities from data.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with digital banking products and customer lifecycle concepts is a plus.
