PT Bank Digital BCA (BCA Digital) seeks a Data Analyst to translate data into actionable insights that support business decisions and drive performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders, develop dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations to boost growth and efficiency.

You will collect and clean data, validate quality, implement visualizations using Power BI/Tableau/Looker, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences while maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Stats/Math/IS or related field.
1–3 years in data analytics or BI roles.
Proficient in SQL and at least one analysis language (Python or R).
Experience with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for performance monitoring.
Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Identify trends and opportunities to drive business growth and process improvements.
