Job summary

Honest, a company committed to building financial products that people truly love, is seeking a Corporate Secretary to support the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and governance bodies. This role ensures effective corporate governance, regulatory coordination, corporate administration, and accurate records across jurisdictions.

You will act as the connective tissue between boards, regulators, and external partners, keeping governance rigorous and processes running smoothly as Honest

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in corporate secretarial, corporate legal, or governance roles.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian company law, GCG, and OJK/BI governance requirements.
• Experience organizing and documenting Shareholders, BoD, and BoC meetings (agendas, minutes, resolutions).
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern and administer board and committee meetings.
• Maintain corporate records, licenses, deeds, and shareholder registers.
• Coordinate filings with regulators and external parties.
• Liaise with notaries, external counsel, and government agencies
