Job summary

Eshan Agro Sentosa is seeking a Corporate Secretary to ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and effective communication with the Board, regulators, and shareholders. The role focuses on GMS, disclosures, and GCG implementation in a listed company context.

The candidate will coordinate with regulators, investors, and internal stakeholders to support corporate actions and governance matters, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Secretary, Corporate Legal, Investor Relations, or Corporate Governance, preferably in a publicly listed company.
• Strong knowledge of capital market regulations, OJK and IDX/BEI requirements, and corporate governance practices.
• Proven experience in managing GMS, Public Expose, corporate disclosures, and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and document preparation skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OJK and Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX/BEI) regulations applicable to publicly listed companies.
• Manage the preparation and execution of General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS/RUPS), Public Expose, and Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners meetings.
• Ensure timely submission of corporate disclosures and regulatory reports.
• Oversee the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
• Coordinate with OJK, IDX/BEI, KSEI, shareholders, investors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Support the Board of Directors in corporate actions, investor relations, and corporate governance matters.
