Qualifications
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mining Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years in coal trading or related commercial roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian coal market and supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute coal trading strategy to achieve sales targets and company profitability.
- Manage end-to-end coal trading processes, from sourcing, negotiation, contracts, to delivery.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, buyers, traders, and business partners.
- Analyze market trends, prices, supply and demand, and identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Lead commercial negotiation processes and ensure transactions run according to targets, contracts, and agreed terms.
- Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and related functions to ensure smooth transactions.
- Monitor trading performance, margins, and target achievement and provide market and business insights to management.
