Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
• Willing to travel to mining sites, ports, and overseas trips.
• Available to join on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand coal sales domestically and internationally.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, pricing, and shipment schedules with buyers.
• Monitor coal market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities for timely market intelligence.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, shipping, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, export requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for management review.
• Represent the company in trade meetings, exhibitions, and business forums to strengthen market presence.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues to maintain long-term partnerships.
