Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in BD and PM preferred.
• Estimating experience advantageous.
• Fluent in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end tender process, including creating and converting opportunities into viable prospects.
• Provide intelligence and direction on bid packages from budget to post-tender negotiation.
• Perform due diligence, partner assessment, and prepare pre-tender agreements.
• Develop short- and long-term Strategic Business Plans to achieve financial targets.
• Maintain SHE programs and ensure compliance with ISO/SMK3 standards.
