Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a capable Proposals Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end development of compliant, timely proposals. You will coordinate inputs from sales, marketing, product, finance, legal, and delivery, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

The role includes maintaining SHE programs and mitigating risks through a formal management system. Strong English and Indonesian writing skills are essential, as is the ability to deliver high-quality proposals within defined timeframes.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer agreed upon timeframes.
• Coordinate and edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong written English and Indonesian language skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within client's defined timeframes.
• Proposals are timely produced according to clients' defined timeframes.
• Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, finance, legal and delivery.
• Proposal inputs are accurately reviewed.
• Develops the proposal plan and review the enquiry summary.
• Coordinate proposal efforts with SMEs, contracts, subcontractors, finance, human resources, and sub companies.
• Proposal efforts are well-coordinated.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and SHE risk management.
