Job summary

PT SETIA RACHMAT PARAMA is seeking a Business, Operations & Engineering Manager to lead sales development, operations, and engineering teams. The role drives revenue targets while ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage tendering, negotiations, and after-sales support, with a focus on automotive and industrial equipment sectors. A strong technical and commercial mindset, plus leadership experience, is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in automotive equipment, industrial equipment, engineering, manufacturing, automation, or related industries.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in managerial or leadership positions.
• Experience in B2B sales with operational or engineering management.
• Ability to read technical specifications, drawings, scope of work, and engineering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Develop new business opportunities in automotive, manufacturing, industrial equipment, engineering, and related industries.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers, key accounts, principals, suppliers, and business partners.
• Lead quotation, tender, proposal, commercial negotiation, and closing processes.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecast, margin, and target achievement periodically.
• Identify customer needs and convert them into appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
• Oversee operational activities related to sales support, procurement, delivery, installation, service, and project execution.
• Ensure work runs according to timeline, budget, SOP, and quality standards.
• Coordinate manpower, material, equipment, supplier, and subcontractor needs.
• Lead and direct Engineering and Technical Service teams.
