Job summary

PT. SETIA RACHMAT PARAMA is seeking a Project & Service Engineer to execute engineering and technical service from site survey through handover to the customer.

The role also supports Sales and Project teams with safe, effective technical solutions aligned with customer needs. Minimum 2–4 years in relevant engineering roles and the ability to read drawings, electrical/mechanical diagrams, and equipment manuals are essential.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 degree in engineering field required.
• 2–4 years in project/service/maintenance engineering.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Systematic troubleshooting based on data.
• Experience with measuring tools and testing gear.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Good communication with customers and suppliers.
• Able to prepare reports in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and identify customer technical needs.
• Study specs, drawings, manuals, and project requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, methods, and material needs.
• Provide technical support in quotations and clarifications.
• Coordinate with principals, suppliers, vendors, and customers.
• Review drawings and engineering documents.
• Execute installation, relocation, modification, and integration.
• Perform testing and commissioning to specs.
• Monitor progress against schedule, quality, and safety.
• Identify field issues and implement corrective actions.
