Job summary

PT OCS Global Services Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new sales opportunities within Indonesia. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, conducting in-person meetings, and delivering tailored facility management solutions, both soft and hard services.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in new business development, excellent consultative selling, and strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in new business development in Facility Management or related services.
• Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to understand and address client needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales enablement tools.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Sales in Facility Management Services or related service industry.
• Knowledge of ESG implementation in Facility Services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within assigned territory
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Conducting face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
• Providing excellent post-sales support and ensuring client satisfaction
