Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships; fintech, SaaS, or HRIS experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Willingness to travel locally or internationally if required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities aligned with company's growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches in English.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to support partner onboarding and client success.
• Represent company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities as needed.
• Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and strategic initiatives.
