Job summary

Education First in Jakarta is expanding its EF EFEKTA English for Adults Business Development team. We seek a motivated professional with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of driving end-to-end sales and delivering tailored consultations.

You will identify opportunities, manage a robust pipeline, engage with customers, present proposals, and collaborate with marketing and operations to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role.
• Experience managing end-to-end sales from prospecting to closing.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation and prospecting to customer acquisition, negotiation, and deal closure across multiple sales channels.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities through market research, networking, partnerships, outreach, and other customer acquisition initiatives.
• Build, develop, and manage a strong pipeline of potential customers and business prospects to support sustainable sales growth.
• Engage with prospective customers, understand their business needs, and present suitable products, solutions, and proposals.
• Proactively follow up with leads and prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into successful deals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, potential clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective customers and partners.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate terms and agreements, and drive successful deal closures.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline progress, and market developments to identify opportunities for improvement and achieve business targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to ensure effective sales execution, customer experience, and business growth.
