Job summary

PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (JSI) seeks an experienced Business Analyst Manager to drive business process analysis, improvement, and digitalization across the organization. You will bridge business needs with IT solutions and lead a team of Analysts to deliver tangible efficiency gains.

The role requires 6–10+ years in BA, strong mapping and requirements gathering skills, and a track record of governance implementation.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Improvement, Process Engineering, or IT BA.
• Proven experience in business process mapping, improvement, and digitalization.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiar with SOP, governance, process documentation, and UAT.

PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (JSI) is looking for an experienced Business Analyst Manager to lead business process analysis, improvement, and digitalization initiatives across the organization.

This role will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business needs into effective technology solutions, driving process improvements, and identifying opportunities for digitalization and automation.

We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional with strong experience in business process improvement, requirement gathering, digital transformation, and stakeholder management, as well as the ability to lead and develop a team of Business Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business process analysis, mapping, and improvement across functions and divisions.

Translate business needs into clear business and functional requirements for IT solutions.

Lead requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with business owners and key stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for process digitalization, automation, and paperless workflows.

Develop and implement SOPs, process flows, and governance frameworks.

Define requirements and acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields.

6-10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Improvement, Process Engineering, or IT Business Analysis.

Proven experience in business process mapping, process improvement, and digitalization.

Strong experience in requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Good understanding of SOP, governance, process documentation, and UAT.

Strong ability to bridge business requirements and IT solutions.

Familiar with BPMN, Visio, Miro, or similar process mapping tools.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above / CBAP certification is an advantage.

Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.

Experience in Property, Hospitality, F&B, Retail, or Consulting is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
