Qualifications

• 10–15 years of professional experience in transformation, program management, management consulting, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level transformation projects/programs, particularly those involving operating model design and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and change management skills.
• Experience in management/strategy consulting is highly preferred.
• In-house experience as Transformation Officer/Lead/Manager is welcome.
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or SAFe certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Jira/MS Project; TOGAF/Enterprise Architecture exposure is a plus.

TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM SENIOR MANAGER – IT

PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (JSI) is looking for an experienced and strategic Transformation Program Senior Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and drive the development and implementation of operating models across the organization.

This role will work closely with senior management, C-level stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into impactful transformation programs, strengthen program governance, and deliver sustainable business and financial impact.

We are looking for a transformation professional with strong experience in enterprise transformation, operating model design and implementation, and program management. Candidates from management/strategy consulting firms or in-house transformation functions are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise transformation programs and PMO governance.

Manage transformation initiatives, including program pipeline, stage gates, mobilization, and delivery.

Lead projects/programs involving the design and implementation of enterprise operating models.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. A Master’s degree/MBA is an advantage.

10–15 years of professional experience in transformation, program management, management consulting, or related fields.

Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level transformation projects/programs, particularly those involving operating model design and implementation.

Strong experience in enterprise transformation, program management, and PMO governance.

Experience in management/strategy consulting is highly preferred.

In-house experience as a Transformation Officer, Transformation Lead, Transformation Manager, or similar role is also welcome.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and change management skills.

Strong business acumen with experience in benefit realization and financial/business impact tracking.

Proven ability to work effectively with senior management and C-level stakeholders.

Experience in Property, Hospitality, Banking, Telco, or Consulting is preferred.

PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or SAFe certification is an advantage.

Familiarity with Jira/MS Project is preferred; exposure to TOGAF/Enterprise Architecture is a plus.
