Job summary

PT Inovator Nutrisi Sehat, based in Sleman, Yogyakarta, is seeking an Account Executive / Business Development professional to expand client base and drive revenue for contract manufacturing services.

You will build relationships, prospect opportunities, conduct visits and presentations, and partner with clients while addressing issues promptly. A strong background in food and beverage sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education (all majors).
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Account Executive / Business Development / Sales Executive.
• Experience in food and beverage contract manufacturing or B2B sales.
• Understanding of food & beverage industry trends.
• Experience and knowledge in the food industry.
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Target oriented.
• Initiative, proactive and creative.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
• Identify and analyse market conditions, competitors, and new sales opportunities through client prospecting
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and establish partnerships to attract clients to use contract manufacturing services
• Handle complaints by providing solutions to client problems, investigating issues, and delivering resolutions
• Maintain effective communication with internal operational teams
• Develop and expand business opportunities
• Generate revenue according to established targets
