Job summary

PT Atlas Petrochem Indo is seeking a Sales Engineer (B2B) to drive sales of lubricant products to the commercial industry, coordinating with internal teams and building strong relationships with corporate customers.

The role focuses on meeting sales targets, presenting solutions, and expanding market share while updating product knowledge and providing in-field troubleshooting support.

Qualifications

• Experience selling lubricant/chemical/tools products to Commercial Industry for 1-2 years.
• Accustomed to working with targets, deadlines, teamwork and procedures.
• Honest, enjoys challenges, agile, creative, flexible and quick to adapt.
• Master communication techniques, presentation and good negotiation.
• Possess driving license A/C.
• Master passive and active English language.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales of company products and services

• Create plans for sales targets
• Perform follow-up, provide solutions and negotiate with customers
• Create reports and evaluate daily/monthly follow-up results
• Visit, build and maintain good relationships with customers
