Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales or application experience in petrochemical industry
• Knowledge of industrial lubricants and applications preferred
• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering, etc.
• Maintain stable performance under pressure
• Ability to communicate in English (passive and active)
• Willingness to travel to work areas/factories around Indonesia
• Customer orientation and effective communication
• Good interpersonal communication
• Experience in large project sales, follow up, daily contact, and negotiation
• Proficient in Windows & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Having SIM A and SIM C; having own vehicle preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customers in petrochemical and refinery chemical industries; search and collect project information and provide solutions
• Define sales strategy, profit margin, and market share increases with the manager
• Plan and execute high-level customer meetings to build relationships
• Spot and manage sales agents/distributors and the channel
• Sell all products via channel or directly to customers
• Coordinate with central technical team for local projects, product adaptation, engineering support
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
• Travel to customer sites and attend trade shows/exhibitions as required
