Job summary

PT Upsol Global International is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer - Lubricants to join our sales team in Tangerang Regency, Banten. This full-time role blends technical lubrication expertise with strategic sales, building strong customer partnerships across industries.

You will identify opportunities, conduct market mapping, and lead product applications from trial to implementation, while collaborating with R&D, production, and quality teams to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering or similar roles in lubricants, petroleum or chemicals industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of lubrication products: oils, greases, hydraulic fluids, specialty lubricants.

Responsibilities

• Identify new markets and opportunities across assigned territories; frequent business trips within and outside the island.
• Conduct market mapping, prospecting, and field visits to identify potential customers and industry trends.
• Acquire and develop new customers and strategic accounts with key decision makers across engineering, maintenance, procurement, operations, and management.
• Provide technical lubrication solutions including product selection, application recommendations, trials and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop opportunities from market identification to commercialization.
• Monitor market potential, competitor activities, pricing and customer feedback to support strategy.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, quotations, proposals, and customer reports to achieve growth and profitability targets.
