Job summary

PT. Arkana Solusi Digital is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive B2B sales and build lasting relationships with clients in Indonesia. You will lead discovery, deliver product demonstrations for Arkana and Odoo, and craft compelling proposals and contracts.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and project teams to ensure client success and exceed sales targets, leveraging your Indonesian fluency and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Management or related field.
• 3–7 years of Account Manager (B2B) experience.
• Native Bahasa Indonesia; English a plus.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals.
• Knowledge of ERP and tech products.
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Research needs, pain points, and business requirements of potential clients.
• Demonstrate products to show how Arkana and Odoo can improve operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients through regular communication.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and project management teams.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals.
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets.
