Job summary

KG Media (Kompas Gramedia Group of Media) is seeking an Account Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the Bali region. The role involves meeting with clients, presenting commercial concepts and costings, and ensuring successful deal closures.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in sales or account executive roles within media, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage budgets and build relationships with stakeholders including government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience as an Account Executive or Sales (preferably in the media industry).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, and solid product knowledge.
• Knowledge of digital market research, digital business processes, sales, and negotiation principles.
• High level of creativity combined with strong discipline in executing tasks and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Meeting clients to discuss and support their commercials needs.
• Presenting commercials ideas and costings to clients.
• Solving any problems their commercials needs.
• Negotiating with clients, and making sure the deals are met.
• Checking and reporting account's budget.
• Build strong relationships with government, client, partners, and principals.
