Job summary

KG Media, a leading media group in Indonesia, seeks an Account Executive to drive sales and manage client relationships in Jakarta. The role focuses on approaching new brands, meeting sales targets, and presenting compelling commercials.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in media sales, strong communication, and negotiation skills, and a proactive, energetic attitude. Placement is Palmerah, Central Jakarta with a work-from-office setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience as an Account Executive / Sales in the media industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Knowledge of digital market research, digital business processes, sales, and negotiation principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Seeking and approaching new clients (Brands).
• Achieving sales target.
• Meeting clients to discuss and support their commercials needs.
• Presenting commercials ideas and costings to clients.
• Solving any problems their commercials needs, negotiating with clients, and making sure the deal are met.
• Checking and reporting account's budget.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and principals.
• Placement : Palmerah - Central Jakarta and WFO.
