Job summary

PT Smartelco Solusi Teknologi seeks an Account Executive to manage a portfolio of client accounts from our Jakarta office. You will serve as the primary contact, build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and present proposals to clients.

You will coordinate with operations, finance, and marketing to ensure timely delivery, monitor performance, and deliver reports. Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, with prior AE or account management experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience as Account Executive or similar client-facing role beneficial.
• Strong ability to prospect, manage pipeline, and close deals in B2B/B2C environments.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build strong relationships.
• Serve as the primary contact for all client needs.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver proposals or presentations.
• Negotiate terms in line with company guidelines.
