Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or related role.
• Experience managing large-scale or complex integrated campaigns and client accounts.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
• Experience with multinational companies or regional/global brands is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of integrated marketing communications including creative, digital, social, content, and production.
• Strong commercial and business acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, budgets, and forecasting.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and senior stakeholders.
• Serve as a strategic partner by understanding clients’ objectives, challenges, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business with internal teams.
• Lead integrated campaigns from briefing through execution and evaluation.
• Develop clear briefs and provide strategic direction to Creative, Strategy, Digital, Social, and Production teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns deliver strong strategic thinking and operational excellence.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and expectations are met.
• Lead client presentations, reviews, and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee account commercial performance including revenue growth and budgeting.
• Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion through new projects and services.
• Anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations for brand growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop Account Management team members.
• Stay updated on consumer behavior, market trends, and technology to bring insights.
