Manusa, a creative holding company in Indonesia, is seeking an Account Director to protect client relationships and drive sustainable growth without compromising delivery quality. You will work with Account Leads, Sales, Finance, and other teams to ensure commercial health and optimal resource use across brands and agencies.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in marketing or related fields, strong English, and a business-minded, collaborative approach aligned with Manusa’s values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, creative agencies, or similar industries.
• Strong experience in client relationship management, commercial discussions, and account growth.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and grow account health and retention; identify expansion opportunities.
• Validate quotations, pricing, and margins with Finance to protect profitability.
• Allocate manpower across accounts and adjust scope or resources as needed.
• Align with Sales on deal direction and support managing account risks and strategic decisions.
• Lead commercial discussions for high-value or high-risk deals when needed.
