You will leverage an extensive network, craft strategic outreach, and collaborate with media, data and creative teams to deliver measurable results for clients across sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in business development or sales in digital marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of Indonesia's digital marketing landscape.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities through research and networking.
• Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Lead early-stage client conversations, present tailored proposals and negotiate deals to closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and seamless campaign execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular revenue projections.
