Job summary

PT Polyland Group Indonesia is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead the Jakarta outlet, overseeing daily operations, stock control, and customer service while supporting sales goals.

The role requires at least 3 years in F&B (dessert shop/bakery), strong leadership, and the ability to train and mentor staff. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays, and immediate start are preferred.

Communicate effectively with the team and coordinate with relevant departments for store needs.

Requirements
