Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or sales; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Conversational English is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail operations, stock, POS and EDC systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure SOP compliance.
• Manage Store Assistants' schedules, tasks and manpower needs.
• Monitor sales targets and team performance to drive growth.
• Monitor stock availability and ensure neat product displays.
• Supervise transactions, POS/EDC usage, and store administration.
• Handle customer complaints and report store performance to the Store Manager.
• Provide regular operational updates and reports to the Store Manager.
