Job summary

POP MART Indonesia seeks a Store Sales Supervisor to drive store performance, grow sales, and deliver excellent customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead the team, ensure visual standards, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

Requirements: 2–4 years in retail sales, at least 1 year in a supervisory role; high school diploma (bachelor's preferred). Strong communication and leadership, plus proficiency with POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets, including goal decomposition, task follow-up, data analysis, and performance improvement plans.
• Support Store Manager for clerk interviews, onboarding, and team development.
• Oversee staff, manage inventory, provide customer service, and help achieve sales targets.
• Track and report on individual and team sales performance.
• Ensure the sales floor is organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing; coordinate replenishment.
• Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities to boost sales and improve customer experience.
