Job summary

Sociolla is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Jakarta flagship to oversee daily store operations and drive sales. The role requires strong leadership and customer management skills, with a minimum 3 years in a similar position, preferably in beauty retail. A Bachelor degree is required. This is a full-time, on-site position in Jakarta.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling administration, and preparing regular reports to optimize store performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working experience as Store Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager; beauty retail experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage customers effectively.
