PT. DREAME TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintain merchandising standards, and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment in Jakarta.

The role requires 2–4 years of retail experience and 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, with strong leadership and customer service skills. The successful candidate will manage staff, coordinate with store teams, and ensure accurate inventory and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and overall store standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports.
• Monitor product availability, inventory levels, stock movement, and stock accuracy.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and average transaction value.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate store associates and staff.
