Job summary

Supertop Supermarket in Indonesia is seeking a capable Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager in delivering smooth daily operations. You will direct Store Crew, ensure SOPs and service standards, and help drive sales and KPIs.

You will conduct briefings, monitor customer service, manage stock and cashier operations, and prepare reports. The role requires leadership, communication, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in retail, F&B, or supervisor/leader position.
• Strong leadership capability and ability to direct and motivate team.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with various parties.
• Ability to work based on targets and KPIs.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and highly initiative-driven.
• Understanding of basic store operations, customer service, inventory, and administration.
• Willing to work shift system, including weekends and holidays as per operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in overseeing and ensuring store operations run smoothly
• Organize, direct, and monitor Store Crew performance during operations
• Ensure team implements SOPs and company service standards
• Help achieve store sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct briefings and provide direction to team before operations
• Monitor customer service and handle customer complaints in store
• Oversee stock availability and management, including receiving, storage, display, and stock opname
• Help control cashier transactions and store operational administration
• Assist Store Manager in preparing sales and operational reports
• Take necessary action to resolve operational issues when Store Manager is absent
