Job summary

PT. EATWELL CULINARY INDONESIA is seeking a Store Manager/Assistant Manager to lead and oversee daily restaurant operations across East Java brands (Ichiban Sushi, Ta Wan, Dapur Solo).

The role focuses on team leadership, sales tracking, cost control, and delivering high-quality customer experiences. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in F&B Services Management or equivalent, 2+ years in a similar role, and strong analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent is a must.
• 2+ years’ experience as Store Manager / Assistant Manager in F&B industry (restaurant, casual dining, fast food).
• Highly motivated and self-driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure.
• Strategic thinker and target oriented.
• Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.

Responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs as well as other restaurant expenses.

Job Qualification

Willing to be relocated to other outlets.
