Job summary

JD Sports Indonesia is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our Batam store. You will lead daily operations, deliver first-class customer service, and drive store performance.

You will manage and develop the team, implement visual standards, and ensure targets are met while working on shifts and holidays. Join a dynamic retail environment in Batam.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in retail or related field.
• Preferably 3 years experience as Assistant Store Manager.
• Good customer service, sales targets driven, strong leadership and hardworking.
• Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to work on shifts.
• Able to work 5 days a week and on public holidays.
• Placement: Batam.
