Job summary

Responsibilities include merchandising visibility, handling inquiries and complaints, training sessions, and continuous improvement of the customer experience, with shifts and holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in the retail industry or related field.
• Preferably experience as an Assistant Store Manager with minimum 3 year experience.
• Possess good customer service, driven to achieve sales targets, strong leadership, & hard worker.
• Have good interpersonal skills, good at problem-solving, & good at communication.
• Willing to work on shifts and 5 days a week including public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer retention by providing first-class service.
• Deal with enquiries and complaints and resolve the issue/request.
• Drive consistency within your internal teams to achieve the highest service levels.
• Following a weekly brief, ensure that this is applied to your store and maintain high visual standards.
• Attract, engage and motivate customers into making purchases in store by using the latest visual techniques.
• Make sure that all new products and advertised products are visible and in the correct locations.
• Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their expertise and know-how
• Develop existing team members and encourage progression within the company.
• Hold regular training meetings within the store, making sure the team around you are able to maintain the high standards required.
