Lead a high‑performing team, recruit and onboard staff, coach performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure brand and product knowledge translates into excellent customer service and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years in sports/fashion retail with store management responsibility.
• Strong numeracy and literacy with advanced verbal communication skills.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and working knowledge of English.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Takes ownership of store profitability and allocates resources accordingly.
• Manages KPIs, stock, and customer service to achieve sales targets.
• Leads service by example and ensures brand standards are maintained.
• Coaches and develops store team, monitors performance, and provides feedback.
• Ensures effective loss prevention and stock replenishment procedures.
• Collaborates with Retail Manager to identify top performers for growth.
