Job summary

Erajaya Active Lifestyle in Bali is seeking a Store Manager with a proven retail track record to lead and develop the store team. You will drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high visual standards across the store.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in retail, with at least 1 year in a Store Manager role, strong communication, problem solving and leadership skills, and willingness to work shifts including public holidays.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail or related field.
• Preferably 1+ year as Store Manager.

• Ensure weekly briefs are applied to store visuals.

Job description

• Maintain customer retention by providing first-class service.
• Deal with enquiries and complaints and resolve the issue/request.
• Drive consistency within your internal teams to achieve the highest service levels.
• Following a weekly brief, ensure that this is applied to your store and maintain high visual standards.
• Attract, engage and motivate customers into making purchases in store by using the latest visual techniques.
• Make sure that all new products and advertised product is all visible and in the correct locations.
• Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their expertise and know-how
• Develop existing team members and encourage progression within the company.
• Hold regular training meetings within the store, making sure the team around you are able to maintain the high standards required.

Requirement:

• At least 4 years of working experience in the retail industry or related field, preferably have experience as a Store Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Possess good customer service, driven to achieve sales targets, strong leadership, & hard worker.
• Have good interpersonal skills, be good at problem-solving, & good at communication.
• Willing to work on shifts
• Ready to work 5 days a week and work on public holidays
