Job summary

Eatwell Culinary in Pekanbaru is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, open and close shifts, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards.

The role requires a Diploma in F&B Services Management and at least 2 years as a team leader in F&B; candidate must be motivated, analytical, and able to relocate across outlets if needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent is a must.
• Have at least 2 years' experience as team leader/manager in F&B (restaurant, casual dining, fast-food).
• Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
• Executing all operations and services with respect to organizational SOP's and standards.
• Able to open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division.
• Responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs as well as other restaurant expenses.
• Striving for Excellence in achieving and maintaining the standards of quality, as well as being innovative for significant growth of the business and brand.

Job Qualification
