Job summary

Eatwell Culinary in Medan is seeking a Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, supervise the team, and uphold our SOPs.

You will open/close outlets, monitor sales, manage costs, and drive growth across Eatwell Culinary brands while relocating as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in F&B Services Management or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience as team leader/manager in F&B.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Leadership, decision making, interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker and target oriented.
• Customer oriented with retail/restaurant ops exposure; able to read financial reports.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Willing to be placed across all Eatwell Culinary brands and relocated.

Store Manager & Asst. Store Manager - Medan

• Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
• Executing all operations and services with respect to organizational SOP's and standards.
• Able to open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division.
• Responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs as well as other restaurant expenses.
• Striving for Excellence in achieving and maintaining the standards of quality, as well as being innovative for significant growth of the business and brand.

Job Qualification

• Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent is a must.
• Have at least 2 years’ experience as team leader/manager in F&B industry (restaurant, casual dining, fast food).
• Should be highly motivated and self-driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure.
• Strategic thinker and target oriented.
• Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Willing to be placed across all brands under Eatwell Culinary (Ichiban Sushi, Ta Wa, & Dapur Solo).
