Job summary

PT Eatwell Culinary Group in Manado is seeking a Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to lead daily restaurant operations across brands (Ichiban Sushi, Ta Wa, Dapur Solo). You will supervise staff, implement SOPs, open/close shifts, monitor sales and costs, and drive service quality.

The role requires a Diploma in F&B Management and at least 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality, with relocation flexibility.

Qualifications

• Diploma in F&B Services Management or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years’ experience as team leader/manager in F&B.
• Strong leadership, decision making, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with target orientation.
• Customer oriented with hands-on restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Understand and lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
• Execute all operations and services respecting SOPs and standards.

Job Qualification

• Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent is a must.
• Have at least 2 years’ experience as team leader/manager in F&B industry (restaurant, casual dining, fast food).
• Should be highly motivated and self-driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure.
• Strategic thinker and target oriented.
• Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Willing to be placed across all brands under Eatwell Culinary (Ichiban Sushi, Ta Wa, & Dapur Solo).
• Willing to be relocated to other outlets.
