Job summary

FuniFun! in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail and arcade entertainment operations at TSM Cibubur. You will drive daily store performance, ensure a vibrant customer experience, and maintain a high standard of presentation.

You will oversee a team, coach staff, manage inventory, and coordinate promotions and events with internal teams. Basic English is required; weekend work and nationwide relocation are possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, lifestyle, or entertainment with leadership experience in a store.
• Strong focus on sales targets, retail operations, and KPIs.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Willing to be placed nationwide across Indonesia; relocation is advantageous.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail, lifestyle, or entertainment industry, with proven experience in a leadership role such as Assistant/Store Manager or Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, retail operations, and store KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Willing to be placed nationwide across Indonesia; candidates who are open to relocation will have an advantage.
