Job summary

FuniFun! is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our store operations in the retail and arcade entertainment industry at TSM Cibubur. You will drive sales, oversee customer experience, and ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in retail or entertainment leadership, strong KPI focus, and excellent people management. Weekend shifts and nationwide placement across Indonesia are required when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail, lifestyle, or entertainment industry.
• Proven leadership experience as Assistant/Store Manager or Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of sales targets and store KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Open to relocation nationwide within Indonesia.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail, lifestyle, or entertainment industry, with proven experience in a leadership role such as Assistant/Store Manager or Supervisor.
